Paint Penthouse is a single-player virtual reality painting app for Meta Quest, developed and published by Citiview Group ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information Paint Penthouse collects, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. Contact us at citiviewgroup@gmail.com.
Paint Penthouse does not collect personal information. It has no accounts, no multiplayer, no voice chat, no advertising and no third-party analytics, and it does not send your paintings or your play to us or to anyone else.
The app saves a few settings only on your headset: your music track, whether music is on, and the music volume.
Meta, as the store and platform, processes information about your purchase and your device under Meta's privacy policy. We do not receive that information in a form that identifies you.
The settings stored on your headset are used only to start the app the way you left it. We do not use any information to profile you or to show advertising.
We do not share, sell or rent personal information, because Paint Penthouse does not collect any. Nothing you paint leaves your headset. We may disclose information if required by law.
The settings described above stay on your headset until you uninstall Paint Penthouse or clear its data. Your painted walls are not saved: they reset when you close the app or use the reset post. We keep no data about you on any server.
Paint Penthouse is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Because no personal information is collected or transmitted, none is held by us. Paint Penthouse asks for no microphone, camera or location permission.
